Requirements
  • The candidate must be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities
  • The Labor Foreman supervises and coordinates laborers' activities to ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on time.
  • The Labor Foreman inspects the quality of all work to ensure standards and specifications are met.
  • The Labor Foreman assists workers with their duties and resolves problems.
  • The Labor Foreman interprets and enforces company policies and safety regulations.
  • The Labor Foreman provides feedback to ensure materials, tools, equipment, and information are available for the work.
  • The Labor Foreman mentors inexperienced team members.
  • The Labor Foreman assists other craft workers as needed.
  • The role requires work in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting.
