Requirements
  • 5+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B technology company. Industry experience is a plus.
  • Cross-Channel Expertise: Broad understanding of demand generation across multiple channels (email, digital, events, social media, and ABM) and the ability to adapt campaigns to the channels that are most effective for target audiences.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind across multiple campaign channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and their impact on campaign strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
  • You enjoy working with a sales team and have experience managing this relationship as a key marketing partner.
  • Exceptional communication skills; you are able to clearly and concisely craft messages to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to management teams.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that engage prospects in a meaningful way resulting in pipeline generation aligned to key segments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process including planning, execution, and tracking of tactical campaign activities. Ensure all campaign deliverables are aligned to channels and objectives.
  • Work with the content team to map assets to each stage of the buyer journey, tailoring messages to increase engagement and conversion across campaign channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, including funnel metrics to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Define and refine the buyer journey, aligning messaging and tactics to each stage of the funnel, ensuring seamless and effective progression from awareness to conversion. Monitor and report on funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform campaign strategy.
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams including sales, PMM, content, field and brand to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives to maximize impact.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation and other best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
