Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master’s degree in Business or HR
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project management and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical capability to understand complex issues and distill core concepts and convey concisely and clearly
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading projects that support our Human Resources team and ensure the successful development, implementation, and management of our HR project portfolio process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Monitor program progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR programs.
  • Lead change management efforts related to HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.
