Requirements
  • Prior dispatch, logistics, or warehouse experience is preferred, with auto parts industry experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Basic computer skills, including routing software and spreadsheets, are required.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading trucks is required.
  • Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate delivery routes for drivers.
  • Assist drivers daily in loading delivery trucks accurately and efficiently.
  • Locate missing or misfiled parts before driver departure.
  • Take incoming calls from drivers and provide real-time problem-solving support.
  • Track parts inventory to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Communicate with the warehouse team to locate or replace lost items.
  • Adjust routes and dispatch plans based on traffic, driver issues, or customer changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, part issues, and driver reports.
  • Ensure drivers leave on time with correct manifests and parts.
