  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or related fields
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Inventory Control & Master Data specifically related to Contract Manufacturing
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Attention to detail
  • Developed understanding of Master Data Governance and its associated needs as it relates to Contract Manufacturing
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to operate effectively and efficiently on an independent level
  • A strong business sense and experience operating in small to medium-sized business environment
  • Net Suite experience is preferred
  • Beauty Industry experience is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive master data governance strategy aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices
  • Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership for data governance programs
  • Ensure efficient utilization of inventory by implementing best practices for inventory control
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data requirements
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of master data models
  • Identify potential risks related to data governance and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of inventory control initiatives
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Inventory Control & Master Data Teams
