Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of writers and photographers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output
  • Collaborate to generate engaging content ideas for social media, email campaigns, website copy, product descriptions, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a seamless and cohesive brand experience, reinforcing brand identity and strengths
  • Ensure voice consistency across all channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints
  • Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and insights to make adjustments to optimize messaging
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Stay current on marketing trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to inform content strategies
  • Maintain a consistent and authentic brand that builds customer trust and loyalty, ensuring that all brand interactions reinforce Cirkul’s value
