Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or Technical Degree.
  • Significant experience in a process-oriented role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven success in coaching and leading process improvement initiatives at the cell or departmental level.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience conducting loss gap analysis, standardizing operational processes, and deploying an Autonomous Maintenance approach.
  • Deep expertise in structured problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools such as 5 Whys, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and statistical analysis to systematically eliminate deviations.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • A strong analytical approach.
  • Capability to deploy structured problem-solving methods to address and prevent process issues.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Build a loss map with the Cell Leader and define initiatives for Autonomous Maintenance implementation, changeover optimization, and loss elimination.
  • Support daily meetings, coach teams on standards and loss analysis, and ensure effective gap closure.
  • Integrate safety into process improvements and ensure quality compliance during Autonomous Maintenance and changeovers.
  • Train the team on problem-solving, Autonomous Maintenance practices, and defect handling.
  • Monitor process standards, including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and changeovers, to maintain flow and prevent downtime.
  • Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvement, material efficiency, and waste reduction through systematic problem-solving.
  • Implement best practices, support new technology deployment, and ensure operational readiness.
Desired Qualifications
  • A University Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Certifications or formal training in Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing, or similar methodologies.
  • Potential and readiness to advance into higher technical or management roles.
