Requirements
  • Active Secret clearance is required.
  • Must meet all qualifications listed in 1.4.7.3 Storage and Virtualization Tier 1.
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of VMware 6.x environments and be able to troubleshoot ESXi and vCenter issues.
  • Must be able to configure and troubleshoot standard and distributed virtual switches and troubleshoot storage on an ESXi host.
  • Must have knowledge of maintaining Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2016.
  • Must be able to work with multiple vendors' storage area network and network-attached storage hardware.
  • Must be able to install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot backup and restoration services using the CommVault Backup application.
  • Must have a minimum VCP 6.x VMware Certified Professional certification.
  • Must have at least five years of related professional information technology experience commensurate with the tasks outlined in this service area.
  • Must be proficient in troubleshooting complex multiplatform anomalies.
  • Must have experience optimizing the stability, interoperability, security, and scalability of storage networks and virtual environments.
