- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in tax or financial domains is required.
- A strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is required.
- The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis tools is required.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills are required.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment is required.
- Analyze tax business processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Gather and document detailed tax-related business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with tax experts, financial teams, and IT departments to translate tax requirements accurately into technical solutions.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and advise on their implications for system requirements and processes.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of tax software solutions and process changes.
- Assist with user acceptance testing for tax-related system functionalities.
- Provide training and support materials to end users on tax processes and systems.
- Experience with tax software systems and enterprise resource planning platforms is a plus.
