  • Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario in Radiology.
  • Valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and practice activities in a multidisciplinary family-centered care environment.
  • Perform the complete range of tests and procedures related to general radiography.
  • Maintain the patient information registry and prepare reports.
  • Maintain equipment and perform other relevant duties.
  • Work across all three hospital locations.
  • Be willing to train in full-line computerized tomography and successfully complete the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists computerized tomography certification.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience scanning computerized tomography head and renal colic cases.
  • Registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists.
  • Completion of or enrollment in the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists computerized tomography certification course.
  • Training in cross-sectional anatomy.
  • Intravenous certificate course.
  • Ability to speak another language.
