Requirements
  • Several years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with leadership experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative demand generation strategies that drive significant pipeline growth and revenue, with a passion for creativity and new ideas.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, think outside the box, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead, inspire, and cultivate a creative and innovative team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with the overall marketing and sales goals to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Drive a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas, testing creative approaches, and leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, paid search, social media, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure, report, and analyze campaign performance. Use data insights and innovative thinking to make strategic adjustments and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on lead generation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing strategies, ensuring marketing efforts are effectively driving pipeline growth and accelerating sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop creative content strategies that support demand generation initiatives and align with buyer personas and customer journeys.
  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing and business objectives.

Its main product, PayEQ®, analyzes pay data to find significant disparities and offers solutions to correct them, while also helping to prevent future issues by examining the root causes in pay policies.
