Requirements
  • An Associate degree in business administration or a related field, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent relevant leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of physician practice operations and workforce development.
  • Working knowledge of the health care financial environment, professional revenue cycle, practice support systems, and related business operations.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality and work within Central Vermont Medical Center policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary resource for providers, administrative staff, and nursing staff in addressing concerns or issues.
  • Provide solution-based problem solving.
  • Notify and confer with the Practice Manager on operational and personnel issues as they arise.
