Requirements
- A minimum Associate of Arts degree or equivalent is required.
- Five to seven years of experience is required.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and related Windows-based software.
- Must be able to work as part of a support staff in a technical office environment.
- Must be able to support a group of more than 20 people.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft purchasing systems, including purchase-order creation, is required.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assignments as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the network field group.
- Ship and receive inventory.
- Receive invoices for payment.
- Create purchase orders.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain records for cell sites.
- Maintain site lists and contact numbers for work groups.
- Provide updates as required.
- Provide clerical and technical support while maintaining quality and reliability.
- Interface with the Network Operations Center, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Xpercom, Information Technology, and other departments.
