Responsibilities

  • Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service
  • Proactively anticipate staffing needs and select talent

  • Analyze business performance and proactively plan strategy
  • Promote the Tilbury Touch to the team and customers
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication
  • Recognize and celebrate great performance

  • Maintain required inventory levels and accurate stock files
  • Control store expenses within budget guidelines
  • Implement visual merchandising and new launch displays
  • Maintain technology on counter
  • Raise operational issues for resolution
  • Establish and develop a cooperative relationship with the store retail operations team
  • Proactively suggest win-win opportunities to drive sales
  • Schedule team to optimize coverage according to customer flow
