Stream Data Centers names chief HR officer as apollo-era leadership buildout continues.

Stream Data Centers names chief HR officer as apollo-era leadership buildout continues. Nikki Kresse most recently served as chief experience and people officer at senior living operator Lifespace Communities. She is at least the eighth executive appointment or promotion Dallas-based Stream Data Centers has announced since Apollo took majority control in August 2025. Nikki Kresse is chief human resources officer for Dallas-based Stream Data Centers. [Photo: Stream Data Centers] Dallas-based Stream Data Centers has named Nikki Kresse its chief human resources officer. She is joining an executive bench that has been evolving since Apollo funds took majority control of the hyperscale developer in August 2025. Demand for digital infrastructure is driving the expansion of Stream's platform, markets and capabilities, the company said. The company said it is making a deliberate investment in its organizational infrastructure to support its next phase of growth. As chief human resources officer, Kresse will work with Stream's executive leadership team on strengthening the company's leadership and talent. She also is charged with advancing culture and building scalable people systems. She will help evolve the organizational and operating models that let the business execute as it grows. From senior living to hyperscale Kresse arrives from Lifespace Communities, a not-for-profit Dallas-based senior living company with roughly 15 communities across seven states, where she served as chief experience and people officer. She brings executive experience leading organizations through significant growth phases, Stream said. "Nikki's appointment represents an important investment in Stream's future," CEO Michael Lahoud said in a statement. "Our people have always been one of our greatest competitive advantages. As we continue to grow, our ability to attract and develop exceptional talent, strengthen our culture and build an organization that can scale with the opportunities ahead becomes even more critical." "What attracted me most to Stream was the opportunity to help scale an organization with an extraordinary foundation and with some of the industry's most kind, smart, honest and passionate people at its center," Kresse said. "As companies grow, talent, culture and organizational capability become increasingly important enablers. I look forward to working alongside the leadership team to build on what makes Stream special while creating the clarity, accountability, capabilities and scalable systems that will help us continue delivering exceptional results for our customers." A year of leadership moves Kresse is the most recent in a run of senior hires and promotions at Stream. New York City-based Apollo acquired a majority interest in the company from Dallas' Stream Realty Partners in August 2025. At that time, Stream said it was positioned to execute on a multi-gigawatt pipeline while enabling Apollo funds and its affiliates to potentially deploy "billions of dollars" into next-generation digital infrastructure. Roughly four months later, Stream expanded its commercial leasing team with the hires of Stacy Medeiros, senior vice president of hyperscale, and Santiago Suinaga, senior vice president of cloud and hyperscale. In January, the company promoted 15-year veteran Michael Lahoud from co-managing partner to CEO. At the same time, it added Chief Development Officer Oisin O Murchu and Vice President of Sustainability Amanda Abel, while expanding the role of Chief Operating Officer Rick Crutchley. And in May, it named Murray Woolcock chief financial officer and Scott Greubel executive vice president of construction. People move: Kristen Sullivan joins Stream Realty Partners as Vice President in Los Angeles.

People move: Kristen Sullivan joins Stream Realty Partners as Vice President in Los Angeles. July 25, 2026 Kristen Sullivan has spent more than two decades earning the trust of a client base most brokers never quite crack: financial institutions navigating real estate decisions with real regulatory weight behind them. She has now joined Stream Realty Partners as Vice President in the firm's Los Angeles office, part of the same wave of talent giving Stream's newest platform real staying power. YEARS IN CRE, SALES & CLIENT SERVICE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION CLIENTS CREDIT UNION BOARD & COUNCIL SEATS Sullivan joins Stream's Office Tenant Representation practice, coming over from Avison Young where she served as Vice President. She arrives alongside Hayden Eaves, joining as Executive Vice President, and Jill Bartolome, joining as Senior Brokerage Coordinator. All three are stepping into Stream's recently launched Los Angeles office, led by Jonathan Larsen as Executive Vice Chairman & Partner, Greater Los Angeles Area Market Leader, alongside Chandler Larsen as Managing Director, as the two build out Stream's presence across Los Angeles and Ventura County. Sullivan's approach has always been relationship-first. Before focusing on commercial real estate, she spent years building a career in sales and client service across other industries, and she has carried that same instinct directly into her brokerage practice. Her expertise spans tenant representation, landlord representation, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and long-range real estate planning, and her client list reflects just how deep her focus on financial institutions runs: Bank of Hope, Hanmi Bank, Tri Counties Bank, USC Credit Union, and roughly two dozen financial institutions in total have trusted her to negotiate leases and acquisitions that support their growth and long-term stability. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne. That breadth of relationships did not happen by accident. Financial institutions do not switch brokers casually, and building a client list this concentrated in one sector takes years of proving an advisor understands both the real estate and the regulatory pressure sitting on top of it. Representing both landlords and tenants across her career has given Sullivan something a lot of brokers never fully develop: a genuinely two-sided view of the negotiating table. She knows what a landlord needs to see in a deal to say yes quickly, and she knows what a financial institution needs in a lease to satisfy examiners, boards, and long-term operating plans that stretch a decade or more into the future. That is a different skill set than closing a single transaction well. It is the skill set required to keep a client's real estate strategy sound across dozens of decisions over many years, which is exactly the kind of long-horizon trust financial institutions look for in an advisor. Sullivan's commitment to the credit union community goes well beyond client work. She serves as a Council Member with Emerging Credit Union Leaders and as Vice-Chair Board Member of Pasadena Federal Credit Union, seats that put her inside the same institutions she advises, thinking about their long-term health from the inside rather than just the outside. That kind of dual perspective, sitting on a credit union board while also representing credit unions in real estate negotiations, is not common, and it gives her clients a level of trust that is difficult to manufacture any other way. This move is also a reunion story on more than one level. Sullivan, Eaves, and Bartolome all came from Avison Young, following a path that Jonathan Larsen and Chandler Larsen cut first when they launched Stream's Los Angeles office earlier this year, also arriving from Avison Young's leadership ranks. A team that already knows how to work together does not have to spend its first year figuring out each other's strengths. It can spend that time serving clients. For an office built specifically to become a best-in-class office tenant representation platform, that head start matters. It also gives Stream a foothold beyond the city itself: the mandate handed to Larsen and Chandler Larsen extends the platform's reach into Ventura County as well, a market where financial-institution relationships built over decades carry particular weight. Stream Realty Partners President and CEO Chris Jackson framed the broader strategy behind moves like this one plainly when the Los Angeles office first launched: the firm is investing in the markets that matter most to its clients and aligning them with teams built to deliver at a high level. Sullivan's addition is a direct continuation of that plan. Los Angeles is one of the most competitive commercial real estate markets in the country, and a platform's credibility with financial institution clients in particular depends on advisors who already have those relationships built, not advisors starting from zero. It is the same pattern we track across the SoCal talent market again and again: the strongest moves rarely involve a single person chasing a bigger title alone. They are trusted relationships reassembling themselves at a new address, the way Hayden Eaves followed the colleague he came up with, and the way Sullivan is now doing the same, bringing two decades of financial-institution focus that made her exactly the kind of proven relationship Stream's Los Angeles platform needed on day one. To Kristen Sullivan: congratulations on the new chapter. Two decades of earning trust one financial institution at a time is exactly the kind of track record that makes a launch team worth betting on. Know a leader who deserves this spotlight? People move: Hayden Eaves joins Stream Realty Partners as Executive Vice President in Los Angeles.

People move: Hayden Eaves joins Stream Realty Partners as Executive Vice President in Los Angeles. July 25, 2026 Some career moves are a step forward. This one is a reunion. Hayden Eaves has joined Stream Realty Partners as Executive Vice President in the firm's Los Angeles office, reconnecting with a leader he started his career alongside decades ago, and he didn't come alone. YEARS IN CRE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION CLIENTS PROS JOINING TOGETHER Eaves joins Stream's Office Tenant Representation practice, coming over from Avison Young where he served as a Principal. He isn't arriving solo. Kristen Sullivan, who brings more than a decade of experience advising corporate occupiers, joins as Vice President, and Jill Bartolome joins as Senior Brokerage Coordinator. All three are stepping into Stream's recently launched Los Angeles office, opened in June, led by Jonathan Larsen as Executive Vice Chairman & Partner, Greater Los Angeles Area Market Leader, alongside Chandler Larsen as Managing Director, as the two build out Stream's presence across Los Angeles and Ventura County. The professional resume alone is a strong one. Eaves brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, almost all of it built around a specialty that is not easy to replicate: advising financial institutions. Credit unions, community banks, and regional lenders across Southern California have relied on him for tenant representation, landlord representation, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and long-range strategic planning. His client list reads like a directory of the region's financial institutions: Bank of Hope, California Credit Union, Firefighters First Credit Union, Hanmi Bank, LA Financial Credit Union, Mechanics Bank, Umpqua Bank, USC Credit Union, and roughly twenty-five financial institutions in total have trusted him with real estate decisions that carry real operational stakes. Two recent deals capture the range of that work well: the Bank of Hope headquarters lease in Downtown Los Angeles, and Pasadena Federal Credit Union's headquarters consolidation in the San Gabriel Valley. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands. Here is where the story gets personal, and it goes back further than either man's time at Avison Young. Larsen and Eaves started their careers together at Coldwell Banker Commercial, now known as CBRE, alongside a third colleague, Eric Moore. Thirty-five years later, after their paths carried them through Avison Young together, where Larsen led the Los Angeles office as Principal and Managing Director and sat on the firm's national Executive Committee while Eaves worked alongside him as a Principal, that same partnership is continuing at Stream. It is a rare thing in this industry to build a career next to someone for thirty-five years and still choose each other, by choice and not convenience, every time a new chapter starts. That is exactly what is happening here. "I am so honored to have Hayden continue our partnership after 35 years working together, to continue to collaborate and service our clients as we started our careers together. With the addition of Kristen, supported by Jill, our collective team with Stream's technology and long history of being best-in-class, full-service commercial real estate and development, we are excited for an incredible opportunity in Greater Los Angeles." Jonathan Larsen, Executive Vice Chairman & Partner, Greater Los Angeles Area Market Leader, Stream Realty Partners It also says something about how Larsen is building this office. A launch team is a statement of intent, and rather than assembling a roster of unfamiliar names, Larsen went back to the people whose work he had already watched up close for years. That is a different kind of confidence than hiring off a resume. It is the confidence of someone who has already sat across the table from a colleague during a hard negotiation and knows exactly how they perform under pressure. Stream, a national commercial real estate firm founded in 1996 and now home to more than 1,550 professionals completing north of $11.5 billion in annual transactions, is betting that this kind of built-in trust scales faster than a cold recruiting pipeline ever could. For Stream, the timing could not be better. The firm launched its Los Angeles presence with a clear mandate: build a best-in-class office tenant representation platform across Los Angeles and Ventura County, in one of the country's most competitive commercial real estate markets. A launch is only as strong as the people willing to bet on it early, and Eaves, Sullivan, and Bartolome represent exactly that kind of early conviction. Eaves described the move in similarly direct terms. "The opportunity to join Stream at this stage of its growth in Los Angeles was incredibly compelling. We look forward to working alongside such a talented group of professionals and continue helping clients navigate complex real estate decisions with the support of a collaborative, entrepreneurial platform." It is the same pattern we track across the SoCal talent market again and again: the strongest moves are rarely a single person chasing a bigger title. They are trusted relationships reassembling themselves at a new address. A CFO who has sat through an FDA approval push before stepping into a biotech's finance seat. A broker who spent fifteen years litigating the exact disputes she now helps clients avoid. And now a tenant representation veteran who followed the leader he came up with, bringing two more trusted colleagues along for the move. Stream's Los Angeles office isn't just adding headcount with this hire. It is adding a team that already knows how to win together, in a market where financial institutions in particular need advisors who understand both the real estate and the regulatory pressure sitting on top of it. That is the piece of this move that is easy to miss. Banks and credit unions do not shop for real estate the way a typical corporate tenant does. Every lease, every branch consolidation, every headquarters decision runs through committees, regulators, and a board that answers to depositors. An advisor who has spent thirty years inside that specific pressure cooker, and who has already earned the trust of two dozen-plus institutions across Southern California, is not a commodity hire. He is the kind of relationship a firm spends years trying to build from scratch, and Stream just got it on day one. To Hayden Eaves: congratulations on the new chapter, and on choosing to build it with people you already trust. Few professionals get the chance to reunite with the colleague they came up with and call it a promotion. Fewer still bring two more good people along for the ride. Know a leader who deserves this spotlight? This is what we do at Recruiter Hustle: we don't just report the move, we honor the person behind it. If you, your company, or someone you admire just stepped into a new chapter, we want to tell that story right. HEART. HUMAN. HUSTLE.
