Requirements
  • A completed bachelor's-level degree with an economic-administrative profile, such as accounting, administration, or finance, preferably with a strong accounting foundation.
  • At least one year of verifiable experience in social-security-related activities.
  • Operational knowledge of the SUA system and Infonavit platforms.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • General knowledge of labor and social-security legislation.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to execute operational tasks and resolve problems.
  • Accounting and regulatory knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with authorities.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations related to social security, including IMSS contributions, Infonavit credits, and accounting provisions.
  • Manage employee registrations, terminations, and salary-change notices, and process the corresponding payments through the SUA application.
  • Provide service to approximately 5,000 employees across subsidiary companies.
  • Administer a portfolio of approximately 800 Infonavit credits.
  • Make required in-person visits to IMSS and Infonavit offices to deliver documents and notices and submit written filings.
  • Download and analyze large datasets in Excel using formulas and pivot tables for operational control.
  • Develop general command of labor and social-security legislation, including the Federal Labor Law and the Social Security Law, to handle high transaction volumes efficiently.
