Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Analyst or similar role
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, especially in advanced Excel
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo and CRM tools such as Salesforce

Responsibilities
  • Oversee crucial marketing systems (Marketo, Bizible, Salesforce) for lead generation, distribution, and reporting
  • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns (emails, webinars, events, etc) aligned with industry standards
  • Monitor the integration of marketing technology platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, and others) to ensure seamless data flow
  • Analyze data to derive insights for refining marketing strategies and campaigns. Create insightful metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, impact, and effectiveness
  • Implement scalable processes that adhere to best practices in campaign and lead management. Assess new technologies and applications to enhance the marketing team's performance
  • Develop robust KPIs and scorecards to monitor marketing performance. Explore data for trends, identify KPIs, and conduct hypothesis testing
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies. Present analysis and findings effectively to various audiences
  • Manage daily marketing activities encompassing campaign management, data analysis, and project coordination
  • Collaborate with the technology team to design applications that streamline marketing operations and amplify campaign distribution
