Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and 12–20 years of applicable experience are required.
  • Cable writing experience is required.
  • Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys is required.
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise briefings confidently is required.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries’ intelligence capabilities, including cyber/technical capabilities, information operations, and human intelligence, is required.
  • Understanding of offensive and defensive counterintelligence methods is required.
  • Familiarity with counterintelligence risk analysis concepts, including insider threat detection, is required.
  • Knowledge of and experience in intelligence operations fundamentals, including risk assessment, is required.
  • For Level 5, at least two total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS) or four years of TDY experience are required.
  • A high-level U.S. Government-issued clearance is required at the time of application.
Responsibilities
  • Support the client’s operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area and Northern Virginia.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Experience in intelligence operations, analysis, or support to field operations is desirable.
  • Experience identifying targeting leads by exploiting all-source databases to craft targeting packages is desirable.
  • Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices is desirable.
  • Formal counterintelligence training and/or certifications are desirable.
  • Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing is desirable.
  • Foreign-language skills are desirable.
