About the Role
Ramp is in a critical growth phase – join our Growth team to deliver tests and campaigns across our customer acquisition and activation funnels, primarily focused on the top-of-funnel cohort. As an early member of Ramp’s Growth team, you will work closely with cross-functional members of our Product Marketing, Product Management, and Content & Communications teams as a strategic partner and executional support to move numbers up and to the right.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategies and experiments to move prospects from our top-of-funnel lifecycle stages into consideration and purchase
Deeply understand Ramp’s ICP and prospects to deliver the best possible message, content, or call-to-action at the right time
Drive and communicate learnings at scale to level up our Growth, Marketing, Product, and Design teams
What You Need
Minimum 3 years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, business operations, and/or management consulting
Experience owning a numerical goal and driving experiments & campaigns to achieve that goal
Exceptional copywriting skills and an eye for great design
Strong analytical background with an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
Experience ideating, creating, shipping, and iterating on complex tests across multiple channels and surface areas
Experience in a cross-functional growth role, specifically working between product marketing, analytics, design, brand, and product teams
Critical lens for audiences and the ability to quickly and accurately turn generalized insights into actions
Nice-to-Haves
Editorial or writing experience, whether in-house or actually writing a newsletter yourself
Experience at high-growth startups
Strong, hands-on experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation platforms to be able to own reporting and iteration on existing workflows
Knowledge of CRM systems, attribution models, and lead scoring
Familiarity with Business intelligence & analytics tools( e.g., Looker, Amplitude)
Experience with conversion rate optimization tools
HTML and CSS experience for web and email edits and small builds
Familiarity with SQL and database analysis
