About the job
- Participate in application design, development, testing, and integration.
- Collaboratively define and design projects that enhance the product and user experience.
- Elicit requirements from clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Author use cases with clearly articulated business objectives and acceptance criteria.
- Illustrate use cases and processes with flow charts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes as appropriate.
- Solicit feedback before, during, and after development to iterate and refine project design and user experience.
- Test projects during development to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Perform regression testing.
- Maintain knowledge of product bugs, future enhancements, ongoing projects, user opinions and concerns, enhancement requests, and their impact on the user base.
- Direct a development team member to work on a specific project.
- Facilitate daily Scrum or stand-up meetings, requirements elicitation meetings, sprint planning or kick-off meetings, and sprint review or retrospective meetings when appropriate.
- Organize projects into future sprints and releases in collaboration with others.
