The Implementation Engineer is a service-minded individual with a solid technical expertise in charge of implementing and configuring trading platforms for our clients. In this role, you will implement and enhance Itiviti trading systems for Agency and Principal trading desks within the context of client delivery projects.
This position will lead to a deeper understanding of international financial markets and to an excellent knowledge of our product suite. Within the Trading Solution Delivery department, you will deliver Client Platform implementations following an Agile methodology.
Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with a project manager, solution product manager, other implementation engineers, and a technical lead in an agile team to take responsibility for the full delivery lifecycle of trading solutions from the pre-signature analysis phase to the handover to customer support teams.
- Work with our clients to analyze their requirements and issues from a business, functional, and technical perspective;
- Define functional and technical solutions to solve complex client requirements;
- Assist project managers in estimating and sizing work;
- Configure, integrate, and customize our products to fulfill the client’s business requirements and test the implemented workflows;
- Provide demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders;
- Proactively improve processes to promote better quality and safer deployments;
- Enhance your business and technical knowledge of international financial markets relating to principal and agency trading, equities and derivatives, FX, and fixed income asset classes; and develop your understanding of Broadridge products which serve these businesses;
Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or equivalent;
- Experience in the finance industry is a strong plus, such as in principal or agency trading systems, market connectivity, and/or asset classes such as equities, derivatives, structured products, FX, and fixed income;
- 3 years of experience in related roles;
- System administration, shell scripting, and networking experience;
- FIX and other exchange protocols;
- Source control systems (Git);
- C++ and/or Java programming experience is a plus;
- Experience in a client-facing technical support role or an implementation/delivery role;
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and oral English;
- Autonomy, organization, and a strong sense of accountability;
- Strong problem solving skills.

Salary Range: 75,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD annual
