Responsibilities

Provide personalized attention to employees to help them access Social Security benefits and support employee well-being.
Plan and execute social programs for employees and their families, including health, recreation, social training, cultural and sporting events.
Collaborate on projects carried out by the unit or department according to supervisor guidelines, completing delegated tasks and meeting internal client needs.
Manage Human Resources processes related to employee affiliation and payments, including hiring and termination processes; maintain compensation and benefits master data; manage absences and retirements; prepare statistical reports for internal and external Administration; administer payroll calculation and employee payment systems and processes; implement compensation and benefits programs; and manage and select external suppliers.

Descripción del puesto

Mission: Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her unit/department, in keeping with the guidelines given by his/her supervisor, performing the tasks delegated to him/her and satisfying the needs of the internal client. They are responsible for managing different areas of Human Resources that affect affiliation and payment processes, including: hiring processes, terminations, upkeep of master data related with compensation and benefits, absences, retirements, statistical reports for internal and external Administration, administration of systems and processes for calculation of payroll and payments to employees, implementation of compensation programmes and benefits, management and selection of external suppliers, etc.
