Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays, with other weekday shifts potentially available from time to time.
Must have daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
Must have reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for the duration of the event.
Must comply with federal, state, and local alcoholic beverage laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Complete in-store alcoholic beverage and food demonstrations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Acquire, maintain, and share knowledge of the products being demonstrated.
Prepare and set up demonstrations, pour samples, and verify members' ages while maintaining a clean environment.
Engage with retail location customers to communicate key points about demonstrated products.
Educate customers and promote products in an engaging and professional manner.
Work with the team to achieve sales goals for the demonstrated products.

Overview:

The Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist is responsible for completing in-store alcoholic beverage and food demonstrations in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Responsibilities include acquiring, maintaining and sharing knowledge of products, serving, demonstrating, educating customers, and promoting products in an engaging and professional manner.

Additional Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays (other week day shifts may be available from time-to-time)
Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion
Access to reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance
The ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
The ability to stand to perform the event for the duration of the event.
