Requirements
  • Deep understanding of systems architecture and infrastructure

  • Ability to analyze system performance and optimize system capacity
  • Strong sense of ownership and high standards for quality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Responsibilities
  • Application observability and incident response
  • Automating cloud development environment
  • Automating operations functions like infrastructure provisioning, system configurations, auto-scaling, and code deployment
  • Identifying and implementing best practices for application observability and reliability
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and rectifying application and infrastructure issues
  • Collaborating with platform engineers to integrate developer productivity considerations into system reliability
  • Helping development teams address observability and resilience pain points
  • Participating in on-call rotations and providing off-hours support
