Its services include incorporation, licensing, employer-of-record arrangements, payroll, tax, accounting, recruitment, visas and outsourced business functions. Clients use the firm to navigate local requirements and build teams without creating every administrative capability internally. IBMC is a professional services and workforce partner rather than a government agency, combining market-entry advice with recurring operational support across Indonesia and selected neighboring markets.
