Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Lease Management with database/records management
  • BA or BS in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent/Paralegal Certificate
  • Ability to review, interpret and abstract legal real estate documents
  • Proven financial, analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Proven track record of successfully completing challenging projects and managing multiple priorities
  • Negotiating experience, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Accounting background
  • Strong Excel skills a plus
Responsibilities
  • Ensure 100% data integrity such that lease documents are interpreted, abstracted and entered into the system of record accurately
  • Ongoing verification and abstraction of lease information and appropriate updating of the database, as needed
  • Assist with the reconciliation of landlord statements and invoices
  • Invoice creation for receivable payments
  • Partner with Risk Management on certificate of insurance requests
  • Notice drafting, document tracking, and critical date monitoring
  • Assist with research, ad hoc reporting and project work
