Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED and one year of relevant experience are required.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Candidates must have basic understanding of legal office procedures.
  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
  • Candidates must demonstrate compliance review, legal systems, leadership, risk awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidates must be able to work on-site at the client site in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
  • Candidates must be United States citizens.
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo applicable background checks and drug testing.
  • Candidates must understand and use business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, time management, prioritization, adaptability, multitasking, attention to detail, analytical ability, organizational ability, and oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide entry-level legal support and administrative services to the Office of Chief Counsel.
  • Maintain legal files and records.
  • Prepare basic legal correspondence.
  • Assist with meeting logistics.
  • Perform quality checks on project content.
  • Oversee legal documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Support high-visibility legal matters.
  • Support organizational goals and objectives and business-development efforts on behalf of the company.
Desired Qualifications
  • Some college coursework in legal studies or a related field is desirable.
  • Advanced training is preferred.
  • Six or more years of senior legal support experience is presented as a desired qualification.
