  • 5+ years of experience in product management

Responsibilities
  • Create a structured product strategy in an ambiguous space and marshal teams behind an aligned plan.
  • Guide the prioritization of work and help make resourcing and prioritization tradeoffs in service of our customers’ and our company’s goals by building convincing business cases that consider the bottom line.
  • Break large projects down into smaller, budget-conscious scopes and sequential timelines to mitigate delivery risk and provide near-term and long-term value to customers and the business.
  • Make build vs. buy vs. hybrid decisions to reach a viable and sustainable customer solution in the shortest amount of time.
  • Manage one direct report with intentional mentorship, amplifying their company impact and supporting their career growth.
  • Manage up, down and all around with teams and partners through clear communications to uphold understanding and agreements behind project plans and progress.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive and usable internal workflows and tooling for our commerce teams and affiliate merchant partners.
Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a mid-sized, scale-up company
  • 2+ years of experience in any of the following roles: data analytics, technical product management or commerce operations
  • Demonstrates a firm understanding of how and when to use AI/ML-based solutions to solve business and customer problems
