Requirements
  • Fluency in French and Spanish, with confidence speaking on the telephone.
  • Strong written communication skills in French and Spanish, with the ability to respond quickly to emails.

  • Significant experience in sales and customer service.
  • Understanding of general insurance mechanisms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with French- and Spanish-speaking policyholders and prospects.
  • Coordinate with the Production department to update insurance contracts.
  • Provide translation support for different departments when needed.
  • Respond to prospect information requests, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate contract.
  • Explain insurance-contract guarantees, including what is and is not covered.
  • Promote insurance contracts.
  • Provide information about subscription conditions.
  • Update the database and collect prospects’ email addresses.
  • Provide after-sales service.
  • Inform customers about the application of their contract guarantees, including the claims reimbursement procedure.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their claims.
  • Advise customers about the insurance-renewal procedure.
  • Perform administrative follow-up of contracts, including modifications, extensions, and cancellations.
  • Handle complaints by providing rapid, clear, and precise responses.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector.
  • Experience in travel insurance.

Bohnert named EMEA MD of Life Solutions, Strategy and Technology Group. Insurance and reinsurance broker Aon has announced the appointment of Dr. Fabian Bohnert as EMEA Managing Director of Life Solutions, Strategy and Technology Group, effective immediately. Based in Stuttgart, Bohnert will lead Life Solutions, including the firm's PathWise platform, across Germany and the DACH region, overseeing advisory, capital and technology strategy to help clients address complex business priorities, build resilience and pursue profitable growth. The executive will also serve as UK and EMEA Head of PathWise AI, where he will drive the development of AI-enabled consulting and solution offerings for life and annuity clients across the region. He will be reporting to Ka Hei Choi, UK and EMEA Managing Director, Life Risk Modelling, Strategy and Technology Group for Aon, Van Beach, Global Head of Life Solutions, Aon, said: "Fabian's appointment highlights our commitment to helping clients apply cutting-edge technology in Germany and the DACH region. His strong client delivery, track record, and AI expertise will further our ability to expand our offerings and deliver value for clients."
