Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience B2B business development, sales, or inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, strong preference for employee benefits
  • Experience in health plan/TPA pull-through sales, channel partner pull-through sales, or PBM channel partner pull-through sales
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and attend industry events.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of prospective business through Sword’s various channel partners; proactively identify opportunities and generate pipeline
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner and prospect organizations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of prospect needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to anticipate and address prospect concerns
  • Participate in regular partnership reviews and identify opportunities for growth inside each channel within your territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high prospect satisfaction
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage partner and prospect interactions and track sales activities
  • Strategically position products and present them to prospects, showcasing value to their organization and members.
