- A track record of 7 or more years delivering complex custom software, enterprise integrations, or data-driven technology solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment and adapt to new technical landscapes, cultures, and business domains.
- Ability to build trust and influence technical engineering teams and senior business leaders through communication and stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and practical experience managing sprint boards and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, ability to discuss technical details with developers, and ability to maintain focus on business objectives and product vision.
- Must be local to Orange County or Southern California and able to work on-site at the Irvine client site 2–3 days per week.
- Available immediately for an estimated six-month consulting engagement; 1099 or independent contractor status is preferred.
- Drive end-to-end execution of a high-visibility, real-time technology platform from inception through deployment.
- Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to manage rapid delivery of complex technology solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks, API specifications, and sprint backlogs while interfacing with developers.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to support predictable delivery cadences.
- Identify project roadblocks, manage cross-team dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
- Provide progress updates, milestone tracking, and project health metrics to senior leadership and client sponsors.
