Requirements
  • Prior experience managing team members in multiple office locations.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate control runs at factories to ensure smooth project rollouts.
  • Create and drive strategic roadmaps and load balance the team.
  • Drive and develop internal program processes to support efficiency.
  • Support in technical sessions with multi-functional teams and escalate issues when necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any analytical, quantitative, or technical field (engineering, math, computer science, finance, or similar) or have equivalent experience
