Requirements
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, office agents, and warehouse staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and multitask.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules that may be adjusted for operational demands such as flight delays, cancellations, and ad hoc changes.
  • Ability to follow attendance policies.
  • Ability to follow health, safety, security, and company procedures and attend required training.
Responsibilities
  • Sort and organize products and inventory according to designated categories and locations.
  • Inspect items for quality and ensure proper labeling, packing, and storage.
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and place items in the correct storage areas.
  • Operate manual or automated sorting equipment, including conveyor belts and barcode scanners, safely and effectively.
  • Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Assist with order fulfillment by picking and packing products as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
  • Report damaged or missing items to the warehouse supervisor or manager.
  • Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve operational efficiency.
  • Take reasonable care for the health, wellbeing, safety, and security of oneself and others affected by work activities.
  • Cooperate with managers and supervisors to support legal and company requirements.
  • Report hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, and dangerous occurrences to the manager or supervisor.
  • Carry out work according to provided information, training, and applicable health, wellbeing, safety, and security procedures.
  • Understand and follow AGI health, safety, and security policies.
