Responsibilities

  • Analyze business trends, drivers, and decide critical focus areas.
  • Regularly evaluate your team's performance to deliver a high-quality annual performance review.
  • Deliver on commitments related to projects, people, or agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Regularly assess team manager activities using various tools to ensure necessary conversations are being held and performance is being managed effectively.
  • Continually seek and implement cost-reduction opportunities by monitoring productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across the business to drive financial and operational improvements.
  • Drive engagement aligned with the AppleCare Credo and culture at all levels.
