Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in successfully executing B2B regional marketing programs, with a particular focus on event management
  • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration with Enterprise Sales teams
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of B2B marketing pipeline and funnel metrics
  • Ability to travel to regional events (up to 2-3 times per month)
  • B2B SaaS background
  • Hands-on experience executing events, as well as through web, email, and digital marketing channels
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills across internal and external audiences
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to tailor and execute regional marketing plans
  • Partner closely with regional Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events including tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables
  • Collaborate with other Marketing functions to drive maximum impact across marketing channels
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Regional Marketing budget for North America
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of regional marketing performance
