About the job
- A Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Four to five years of experience in a relevant field.
- Fair knowledge of automotive applications.
- Competence in Computer-Aided Design using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and database administration tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI (Fabric) and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with general manufacturing practices for metals and plastics.
- Support design customization of standard products and processes to satisfy unique customer requirements.
- Utilize the A2MAC1 Solutions platform to identify insights and opportunities and analyze automotive trends.
- Collect benchmarking reports and data on automotive manufacturers, competitors, and the marketplace, then consolidate the information into reports and presentations.
- Conduct Data Mapping studies to connect solutions of major global automotive original equipment manufacturers and work with Global Sales teams to share benchmarks and recommendations.
- Review current market solutions using worldwide automotive data to identify smart designs, competitor risks, new concepts, and technology, packaging, systems, design, and material evolutions, then share findings with the team.
