About the job
- At least one year of experience in cosmetics packaging.
- Knowledge of GKC production processes and procedures.
- Understanding of pallet configurations.
- Ability to use a handheld scanner.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and move heavy objects.
- Ability to use a digital thermometer and perform basic counting and math functions.
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations, read batch kits, and follow directions.
- Knowledge of Redzone Pot checks activity.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions in the WMS/Batchmaster program using company-provided software and a shared laptop.
- Availability to work overtime as required by daily tasks and demand.
- Ability to work in place of the Bulk Handler during an absence or vacation.
- Strong mathematical skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Take and record bulk compound temperatures on all pots every 30 minutes.
- Wrap, transport, and deliver finished-goods pallets to the QC counting area, placing them where quality personnel instruct.
- Maintain organization of hold, rework, and finished product that is not stored in the QC counting area.
- Collaborate with the shipping-area material handler to maintain a constant flow of finished product for counting and inspection.
- Ensure pallets are in good condition and stacked correctly, and correct incorrectly stacked pallets.
- Keep finished-goods pallet areas clean and ready for new products.
- Collaborate with the bulk handler to ensure unneeded components or cartons are removed from the production floor.
