Requirements
  • Bachelors in computer science, engineering, math, statistics, economics, or other quantitative discipline
  • 2+ years of experience post graduation/internship/co-op work experience in a relevant field such as business analytics, data management or engineering, quantitative analytics, testing, predictive modeling, etc
  • Proficient knowledge of SQL / Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar
  • Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience leveraging data from a multitude of sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and impact overarching strategy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand how various parts of the business interact; can identify and approach problems from a customer perspective
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience
  • Knowledge of Python, Git, and LookML is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain backend data structures in GBQ and Looker for impactful reporting
  • Build tracking for supplier self-service portals to improve interactions
  • Develop, distribute, and maintain scalable self-service tools and dashboards
  • Develop data sets and KPIs for tracking progress and analysis
  • Conduct rigorous analyses and generate data-driven insights for business improvements
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify opportunities and influence decisions with data
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to executive leaders
