Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent discipline; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years experience of management experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or related disciplines for a global B2B tech, SaaS or enterprise software business
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S on an ongoing basis
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Customer Success Directors and Senior Managers
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and market opportunities
  • Lead communication with account team and be an active account strategy leader
  • Help customers achieve adoption and expertise with Smartsheet products
  • Improve risk assessment process to address risk and drive healthy renewals
  • Develop data-driven go-to-market renewal selling strategies
  • Set performance targets for Customer Success
  • Partner with Large Enterprise Sales Organization
  • Lead and execute a cohesive strategy with tangible goals
  • Drive programs and services to grow usage and customer satisfaction
  • Hire, coach, and develop strong Customer Success leaders
  • Foster a collaborative and effective culture within the team
  • Represent the voice of enterprise customers to Product and Engineering teams
  • Provide thought leadership in evolving Customer Success vision
