Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years proven experience in demand planning or supply chain experience.
  • Experience with JDA/ERP or demand planning system is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience in using data (KPIs) in a measurable way to achieve targeted results.
  • Experience with demand modeling, demand shaping, and allocation.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to risk management.
  • Demonstrated capability of partnering with and influencing across functions, including Commercial Sales, Category Management, and Finance.
  • Operate with a strong work ethic and an unrelenting resolve to follow through and meet commitments.
  • Experience in consumer products industry is a plus.
  • Experience with both B2B and D2C a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting demand forecasting and analysis based on historical data, market trends, and customer inputs.
  • Partnering with Commercial Sales and Finance to gather relevant data and incorporate it into demand planning process.
  • Collaborating with Supply Planning team to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Developing and leading implementation of supply chain planning process to improve the supply chain and drive enhanced planning maturity.
