About the Job

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training or several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in a production environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • High willingness to keep safety-related topics up to date and participate in analog and digital training sessions.
  • Good German language skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Control, operate, and monitor automated and interconnected process production equipment, such as mixers and co-extruders.
  • Perform complex setup work on Self-Seal and PiP equipment.
  • Operate water-jet systems 1 and 2, including extensive entry and processing of production orders.
  • Manufacture and package small series of customized cut pieces.
  • Ensure material availability, particularly for cut pieces and PiP hangers.
  • Ensure uninterrupted production at the required quantity and quality using WAM tools, including quality circles and other control and management instruments.
  • Perform autonomous maintenance tasks, such as WO and WAM OE.
  • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes through WAM FI.
  • Follow all company work and procedural instructions and consistently comply with applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
