  • Ability to utilize AI-assisted tools and digital technologies to support analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and operational responsibilities.
  • Experience with generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
  • Ability to use AI tools for data organization, report writing, and problem analysis.
  • Ability to use AI to assist workflows and improve the efficiency of engineering management and project execution.
  • Digital mindset and willingness to learn and implement emerging AI technologies in engineering management.

Responsibilities

  • Work with partners to develop the BIM Execution Plan and ensure Micron standards are incorporated.
  • Ensure BIM standards and processes defined in the BIM Execution Plan are executed, maintained, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain model organization and folder structure within the Common Data Environment (CDE) as defined in the BIM Execution Plan and Micron standards.
  • Supervise and assist with project model maintenance; conduct quality control and health checks on federated and associated trade models to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to the project’s BIM Execution Plan throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and assist partners with model setup and maintenance.
  • Assist partners with 3D scanning and reality capture.

  • Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to enhance efficiency, quality, effectiveness, and decision-making.
  • Ensure partners use BIM models for design-change analysis and approval before shop drawing production and construction.
  • Assist in maintaining drawings created in Revit.
  • Ensure models are updated to as-constructed and as-built conditions using 3D scans for accuracy.
  • Ensure data required for facility management are entered throughout construction.
  • Assist site personnel in navigating models and retrieving information such as sections from models.
  • Serve as the point of contact for BIM-related matters for internal and external partners.
  • Work with the project team to establish and maintain consistent graphic standards on assigned projects, including interdisciplinary consistency among mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and telecommunications disciplines.
  • Ensure the accuracy of as-constructed and as-built base-build design so subsequent users, such as the tool-install team, can begin design work early without repeated field verifications.
  • Provide training to team members on the use of BIM platforms and software such as BIM 360, Revit, Glue, and Navisworks.

About the Company

Micron Technology

Makes memory and storage chips for AI and PCs

Micron Technology designs and manufactures memory and storage chips, mainly DRAM and NAND flash, used in data centers, PCs, phones, cars and industrial equipment. It is one of only three companies that make HBM, the stacked high-bandwidth memory placed beside processors in AI servers, and it is the largest memory chipmaker based in the United States. Unlike chip designers that outsource production, Micron runs its own fabs and assembly sites in the United States and across Asia. It earns money by selling chips, memory modules and solid-state drives to cloud providers, device makers and distributors. Micron was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Boise, Idaho.
