• Gestão e monitoramento de tickets;
• Realização de retestes de correções;
• Controle de checklists de implantação;
• Atualização de cronogramas e planos de ação;
• Elaboração de atas, registros e acompanhamento de próximos passos;
• Apoio em cadastros e parametrizações operacionais;
• Interface e follow-up com as áreas usuárias;
• Acompanhamento das atividades pós-implantação;
• Consolidação e atualização de indicadores;
• Organização e acompanhamento das demandas do projeto.
