- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory continuing education units.
- Hold a current license from the State of Illinois per department policy, or provide acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required.
- Work 100% FTE on the day shift, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with one weekend day every four weeks and one rotating holiday per year.
