Welcome and greet patients at the clinic.
Provide clinical support, including injections, assisting with procedures, patient intake, pharmacy refills, and other duties assigned by nursing staff or a provider.
Escort patients through the clinic environment.
Gather and record clinical data relevant to the patient’s visit.
Educate patients about clinic processes or wait times.
Consult with clinician staff about patient concerns.
Report patient issues to the Lead Medical Assistant or Clinical Coordinator.
Perform other clinical duties as directed by the physician.
