About the job

Requirements
  • Preferably have 5+ years of experience in a B2B commercial environment, with practical experience in enablement, sales training, GTM operations, product marketing, or commercial leadership.
  • Have carried a quota or worked closely with someone who carries one.
  • Have built from scratch a playbook, onboarding program, or training track that you designed and implemented, and be comfortable operating autonomously in a function that does not yet exist.
  • Communicate and teach effectively in writing and speech, explaining complex topics simply to audiences with different levels of detail.
  • Use an analytical approach to define metrics, review the funnel, measure impact, and change course when results fall short.
  • Use AI fluently in your own work.
  • Use a customer relationship management system as the source of truth; the company uses HubSpot.
Responsibilities
  • Design and run end-to-end sales onboarding covering product, ideal customer profile, messaging, and process.
  • Create a product-by-product certification model requiring team members to demonstrate pitch delivery, discovery-call conduct, and handling of difficult objections before joining customer calls.
  • Reduce time to first deal for new account executives and sales development representatives, with a clear target and tracking by hiring cohort.
  • Run ongoing training in varied formats, including roleplay, pitch sessions, recorded-call reviews, written materials, and short videos; adapt formats to how people learn and create learning paths for existing employees.
  • Maintain sales playbooks for each product line, including pitches, discovery scripts, qualification, business cases, objection handling, competitive battle cards, and account plans for strategic targets.
  • Own the single source of truth for pitches, objections, and product positioning, and archive outdated materials so the team can find current answers quickly.
  • Measure material usage and retire materials that are not used.
  • Bridge Product and Sales by turning each release into messaging, materials, and training before customers ask about it.
  • Work with Marketing to provide materials buyers can use to educate themselves before and after sales meetings, including one-pagers, comparisons, and business cases.
  • Improve and standardize materials sent externally, including proposals, one-pagers, decks, and follow-ups.
  • Support large or stalled deals by preparing calls, building business cases, and designing objection and stakeholder strategies.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence by tracking losses, competitors, and arguments used, then provide the team with ready-to-use counterarguments.
  • Use data to demonstrate a feature or present a specific value proposition to improve closed-won results and make the practice standard across the team.
  • Equip the commercial team to use AI for account research, call preparation, post-meeting summaries, CRM updates, and proposal generation.
  • Evaluate existing market tools, build and maintain agents and skills used by the team, and train people to use them effectively.
  • Measure actual adoption and discontinue tools or practices that do not produce results.
  • Work with GTM operations and Product to remove manual work from account executives and give them more time for customer conversations.
  • Define and track enablement KPIs, including ramp time, content usage, stage conversion, process adherence, and tool adoption.
  • Use aggregated activity data and call analysis to compare the team with top performers, identify knowledge gaps behind poor results, and address root causes.
  • Run ongoing feedback sessions with account executives and sales development representatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience selling or enabling AI products and agents.
  • Experience building custom agents, skills, or automations.
  • Familiarity with call-analysis and coaching tools and a modern go-to-market technology stack.
  • Advanced English to support the international expansion of global products.

About the company

TAKO is a ride-hailing service that matches riders with real taxis for instant pickups, offering rides within five minutes without surge pricing or booking fees and accepting cash, card, or mobile payments. The app electronically hails participating taxis—independent or fleet-based—so a taxi near the rider is dispatched quickly, with service available at airports and train stations and under the maraud regulation. TAKO differentiates itself by providing immediate access to actual taxis, avoiding extra fees, and emphasizing safe rides in transit hubs through broad taxi compatibility. Its goal is to widen immediate taxi access in cities, lower mobility costs, and grow the network of taxis reachable through electronic hailing.
