About the job
- Basic experience in secretarial work or office work is required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new clinical software is required.
- The candidate must be able to manage stress and multitask during high-volume periods.
- The candidate must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- The candidate should ideally reside within 30 minutes of the Saint-Augustin clinic.
- Provide a warm, professional, and caring welcome to a varied patient population in a high-volume setting.
- Manage telephone calls, schedule appointments, and optimize healthcare professionals' calendars.
- Maintain and rigorously follow up on patients' medical records, including scanning and archiving.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including service billing and supply-order management.
- Collaborate closely with the receptionist already on staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, order, and welcoming appearance of the clinic premises.
- Experience in a medical or dental environment is an important asset.
- Knowledge of Omnimed is an asset.
