  • A breadth of experience that spans a few of our practice focus areas, including growth strategy, go to market strategy, corporate and business unit strategy, business model innovation
  • Proven expertise leading strategy engagements in these focus areas and forming trusted advisor relationships with senior executives at Fortune 500 and Mid-Market companies
  • Expert in building, utilizing and drawing conclusions from analytical models and tools, including a high proficiency in the development of financial models to evaluate investment trade-offs decisions
  • Comfortable with conducting, analyzing and incorporating complex primary market research into strategy development
  • Experience shaping strategic observations and insights to the needs and communication style of senior executives in order to present clear and detailed expert advice and recommendations
  • Understanding of the landscape of emerging technology, tools and platforms and how it can enable growth strategy
  • Demonstrated a track record of impactful leadership and contribution to strategy services sales/business development efforts in a professional services environment
  • Experience across a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on healthcare and / or financial services sectors
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients plus internal and external stakeholders
  • Earned an MBA or equivalent, preferred
  • 10+ years experience in strategic consulting (or similar field)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing project teams
