Our core business in the DACH region: we extract, structure and digitise financial data, for example from annual financial statements or ESG reports, and deliver it in the highest quality to banks and other clients in the financial sector.

To further develop our Product and Business Innovation function, we are looking for someone who brings together technology projects, product ownership and strong customer relationships.

Your role

As Manager PMO & Product Management (m/f/d), you own the steering of complex technological projects, the associated requirements and product management, and the autonomous management of stakeholders and customer meetings. You work closely with our specialist departments and development teams and represent the voice of the customer.

Your tasks
 

PMO & Project Steering

• End-to-end steering of projects from concept to rollout, both classic and agile, incl. timeline, budget, quality and risk management
• Value-based prioritisation and steering of the project and product portfolio
• Establishing agile ways of working and effective cross-team collaboration
• Transparency through progress, flow and delivery metrics up to management level, plus lean, decision-oriented steering formats

Product & Requirements Management

• Functional steering of (AI) development teams and development partners across the full delivery lifecycle
• Capturing, prioritising and managing requirements and translating them into clear specifications and stories
• Ownership of the roadmap and further development of our solutions for extracting and structuring financial data
• Defining and tracking relevant product and delivery metrics

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Autonomous stakeholder management across all levels
• Leading customer meetings from clarifying requirements to aligning on results
• Structured communication with internal and external stakeholders at project and programme level

Transformation

• Driving transformation and change initiatives within the division
• Embedding new ways of working and technologies, in particular AI, into day-to-day operations
• Evolving processes and collaboration towards scalable, efficient workflows
• Aligning cross-functional initiatives with our parent company Acuity Analytics

Your profile

• A university degree or comparable qualification; a Master's or MBA is preferred
• Multi-year experience with demonstrable impact in demanding projects, ideally in management consulting, financial services or software and technology
• Proven experience in leading complex technological projects and in the functional steering of (AI) development teams
• Experience in regulated industries is an advantage (e.g. EU AI Act, KWG, DORA, MaRisk)
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, a structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills at senior stakeholder and management level
• A servant-leadership mindset and experience in the functional leadership of teams
• Confident use of common project and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Certification in agile project and product management (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5 to 10%, including international)
• Business-fluent German and English (C1)
