  • Iterate and execute on the global SDR strategy to drive consistent pipeline growth and revenue impact.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and enhance alignment on pipeline goals.
  • Drive innovation in sales development by fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and adaptability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team effectiveness, iterating on strategies as needed.
  • Act as a thought leader within Adyen, aligning SDR efforts with broader commercial priorities and go-to-market initiatives.
